The place is nice, some of the apartments are well located (above pool) with very high ceilings (on top floors). I moved into a two room appartment and the ceiling badly needed repainting, but the staff did never seemed to have cared. The laundry room is terribly old. There is only cold water in the laundry. I went to complain, and the management told me it was staff's fault. The next day management told me that they brought hot water back. This only lasted two days before it was turned off again, and I gave up. Janet is not a very nice person. The rent increases every six months. It is VERY noisy (gardeners, dump truck, etc).
