I believe that FIU students feel they have no other choice but to live here because it is so close to FIU. But really...
1. The rent is too high
2. NOTHING IS INCLUDED
3. Only like 2 washers/dryers work
4. The maintenance threw live kittens in the dumpsters!
5. Why have a gate if anyone can follow others in'
6. Unfortunately there is plenty more...
I can continue to list horrible things with this place. I live there now and am leaving when my lease is up. I better get my deposit back! We had to put 2 months down because we had no credit, plus 1st months and they charge you a deposit for your house keys! What is that''''!!!
Here are the benefits:
1. The layouts aren't bad
2. It's right across the street from FIU
