Apartments are shobby and not well maintained.
They dont care about residents. Even Worse, the office does not accept any deliveries.
Bad combination of price, staff and location. Rudest staff I have ever met in my experience. Only plus is proximity to FIU. They have gated entrance which is opened all the time. Quite a few theft issues reported. I lost a cell phone package delivered to my place. Would not have picked this place if given a choice.
