Management is rude and argumentative. "The customer comes first" is NOT the slogan here. They really could care less if you are happy, they would rather rent out your apartment for more, (keeping your deposit of course), than work to keep you a happy tennant. Rent increases have been large.



I lived here for three years and they never shampooed my carpet per lease renewal. They expect you to leave the apartment in tip top clean shape plus a shampooed carpet or else they deduct from your deposit without your knowledge.



The leasing agents are generally nice and friendly when you are signing the lease, after that they do not return your phone calls for questions or complains. It's a hook and bait scenario here, be careful.



My neighbor?s car stereo was stolen, she went to inform the leasing agents about it since they have a so called "security guard", all they answered was:"Report it to the police, we don?t handle it." The least they could have done was to ensure that their security guard was taking care of the property at night, but they just dismissed her.
