As an FIU student the only savior that Vista Verde has is the fact that I can walk to class and it is better than the UP Apartments. Other than that I have a large crack in my ceiling which has yet to be fixed, water damage above the sliding glass door, broken screen door, an air conditioner that sometimes works, and the list could continue. Secondly, we must pay for all utlities and there is very little accessability for handicapped. Unlike most apartments close to Universities VV does not even include a high speed internet port. This place is horrible. NEVER LIVE HERE!!!!!
