Cocnut Creek Vista Verde of Atlantic:
Manager is extremly RUDE, had many complaints from other people renting there.
They don't give you any support during or after hurrican times (Wilma) power was out and no one came around to check on grounds or if people needed help.
Price hike is not worth the stay, building after one year is falling apart, illegals galore, drug addicts, trash in only one area, very noisy neighbors and staff doesn't care! One apartment was robbed by staff and managment refused to give out info to police!
Takes forever to get your deposit back!
DO NOT RENT THERE YOU WILL HATE IT!!!!!

Absolutely correct, agree with everything, the manager is a rude lady no one likes. They charge for every little thing. They take forever to come fix anything. Only one trash populated by raccoons, if you stay on the other side you have to drive your trash over there. Very expensive and they raised the price again. DO NOT RENT THERE

we do have fake names yall should put their (management) real name so people kno who to watch out for. remenber this an APARTMENT COMPLEX, there never gonna be a perfect situation. burn some calorie, get some sun, and walk that trash out

This has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had. My apartment was broken into during my stay there and i received zero support from anyone there. They made no effort to make you feel safe, they claim to be a gated community but yet the gates are NEVER closed. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.
