The first reviewer is 100% correct. Worst place I have ever rented and I have lived in some shitholes. Not a luxury apartment complex at all. Horrible office staff. Lots of legal mumo jumbo in lease to make it seem like a good place to live but no follow up on rules. Noisy neighbors, poor groundskeeping. Poor construction in which everything in apartment falls apart easy. Picnic Area/ Playground is dangerous and disgusting. No follow up on Wilma damage or even minor stuff from Katrina. Front gate always broken. Police have been showing up nightly for weks. This is ridiculous since every tenant must get a Criminal backround check as well as credit check.

well, I agreed... I used to rent there, but I had to leave, because of some loud neighbors that never respect me.

Ninaymami, how do you expect anyone to respect you when you have no respect for yourself? You're always falling to your knees to give head to every guy you meet. Disgusting!
