DO NOT RENT HERE!
This complex is completely GHETTO! The management is deceptive and belligerent. There are MANY, NUMEROUS break-ins (landlord will blame it on you!) And cars are frequently stolen from inside the gate (gate is RARELY EVER kept closed and security guard is an old man asleep in a golf cart.)When car is not stolen, it's towed by the landlord's good buddies who chrage you $200 a day...for no reason other than not having a resident sticker! Want to have an overnight guest' FORGET IT!

Also the apartments are not what they seem: many plumbing problems,broken water heaters, and shady people roaming around the complex at all times of day and night.

There are soooo many other places to rent where the landlord will not try to bully you into unsafe, hostile, and unfair conditions.

if u are on this site, get off ur butt and visit 4 urself, most people that complain like this are pricks. but, this person is right about the management, they are snotty and deceptive. considering that this is miami this is a very safe place to life. the thing about the security guard IS TRUE, its no secret this guy is always napping, one time he even brought his own 19in TV. the units are descent, noting disgusting. they fix problems within three days. there are families that actually raise kids here. there is a lot of foreign college students that stick to themselves. the bigest knock is how they run up the rent because it is in walking distance to FIU. honestly the old security guard is the same as having no security so u do need to take care of urself. when u come they will give a descent deal for ur 1st year, then after that they will take advantage afterward.

decent deal? the rent is knocked up from the beginning. xxx125, don't knock this guy for voicing his experience. this guy is right with the towing. i had my car towed at least 3 times, as a resident!
