hm. let's see. my car got towed at least 3 times. everytime i fought with management, they said it was my fault. it cost about $200 to get it back each time. security gets kickback for sure. so if your car's gone, don't worry, it's safe in the towing company's compound... resident's cars. call king's wrecker, they're quite pleasant. actully no, they are not either.

everytime one of my neighbors move out, they get charged for stupid things. dirty oven, dirty bathroom, dirty carpet, replacing stove drip pans, dirty walls. everytime they try to get at least $200 from your deposit on checkout. one guy got charged for water damage on the carpet... guess what caused that' their inability to fix an overflowing toilet. they tried to charge him on both. tried to charge $30 to fax previous lease for applying to another rental apt.

management is very rude.
