I've just moved here a month ago, all I can say is that the rent is way overpriced for the one bedroom apartment. I could see if the facilities were a little bit better, but no. Pest control is a joke, its just 2 people who don't speak english that come in look around with a little gel gun that you can buy from the dollar store to control ants. Mind you that the ants come with the apartments, best way to handle them is buy a zillion ant baits and put them in every corner of the house. So far I've only seen 7 now with them. Not really friendly in the office. I gave them my rent on the first of the month and they havent taken the money out of my bank account yet. Security is some old guy who sleeps all the time. I see no purpose in the gate at all, its rarely closed. And at this point I'm still confused on how to get the front gate to work, have to go in at the side gate. The pool area looks like an underconstruction site. It really isn't worth living here, and I suggest that you find a better place to stay because these are not "luxuary" apartments.
