I was a resident in Vista Verde (unfortunately) for a year and a half, starting 2007. The apartment was in a bad shape, with roaches and bugs. Their pest control inspections are a waste of time. They promised to get the carpets cleaned, which never happened, and I had to live with a stained carpet the entire time. The staff is very unfriendly and inefficient. They hiked the already high rent for no apparent reason, when we (unfortunately) had to extend the lease.

There is adequate parking, though, and I did not have issues with security. Overall, my suggestion is for you to stay away from here, unless you are on the streets and desperately need a place!

I would like to ask a few questions about this unfair review. Pest contril is done every Wed by ORkin. Did you contact the office to have them redo your apartment at any time? Also, you mentioned that your free carpet cleaning was not done. did you renew for ONE year? If so, then it was your responsability to schedule your carpet cleaning. The rent is a little high, but that is not determined by management. If you would be so kind as to let me know what buildong and apartment you lived in, I'll be able to fully understand your complaint.

The apartments complex has made a real turn around. They have painted and landscaped the entire property and it looks great. The rents are also good I got a great deal on a two bedroom apartment. The pool is really nice too.

VISTA VERDE KEEPS EVERYONE'S DEPOSIT MONEY WHEN WE MOVED IN THEY PAINTED THE TUB,THE SINK, THE COUNTER TOPS NOW THAT THAT PAINT IS NOT ON THERE AFTER LIVING THERE FOR FIVE MONTHS THEY WANT TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT VISTA VERDE IS THE WORST, THE LADY WHO SOLD ME THE APARTMENT KNEW IT WAS IN BAD SHAPE AND NOW THAT SHE WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE SHE CAN'T HANDLE IT IT'S HANDLE BY SOMEONE ELSE THAT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON SO I AGREE VISTA VERDE HAS BAD MANAGEMENT.
