I was here in this apartments for abt an year. Infact these apartments are not fit to be sutiable for living conditions. Heavly infected with bugs and roaches.
If u complaint about bugs, then ur screwed up by the office staff.
"Because u have to empty ur pockets n every next week u will recieve a notice for bed-bug treatment".
But the guys will never turn up.
Apartment rents for suddenly hiked for no reason. There issues reported reagrding cycle thefts, laptop thefts, vehcile thefts and mugging in this apartment.
Wrost of all this the apartment manager Catrina chummby lady. Wrost of mankind. Don't argue with her orelse she is going to call her Brothers inn for protection and also lodges false complete against you with cops.
"One major issue is that all the appliances are old. And carpet are never changed, wrost case they repair the part of carpet."

U will never understand your Electricity and Water bill reading. And don't be surprised to see huge numbers.

Many of the apartments are infected with bugs including the communinty manager's. So she left the apartment and staying smewhere else.

Don't surprised to be discriminated by the staff, if ur espcially a student. Take it for granted u will never recieve any part of your deposit.

Please stay away from this community and the nasty manager.

I would doubt that this is an FIU student with all the misspelled words and bad grammar, but in response to this review I would say this is an ex-tenant that left his apartment in horrific and unsanitary conditions. The security company should be changed, but this is something that has to be approved by the corporate office. I seriously doubt that there are any reports to the office for stolen computers and cars. Also, it is the residents responsibility to have their bike in the bike racks WITH a chain and lock, not in front of their apartment. As far as bugs, there is pest control once a week, and if the office is not notified, no one will take care of it for you. It is an absolute excuse to say that you are a student. You are an adult and therefore should act accordingly. Meaning, watch what you use for electricity and water. Vista Verde does not charge you. FPL and Alliance Data charge you. Also, if you live in unsanitary conditions, I would suspect that is why there are bugs. I can definitely tell you that this person left the apartment in an absolutely disgusting manner to have all of his deposit forfeited.

This review is not only valid in the case of FIU students but any of the previous tenants in Vistaverde would have experienced the same. And for your kind information, this is not the place to comment on grammer. To let you know this review is not posted by any of the FIU students.
