I have been at this property for two years now. It is true that it had dropped for a bit but then the company made an investment of over $1M to change the roofing, paint the buildings and the grounds, install free WI-FI and much more. This property is wonderful and is directly across the street from FIU. It is a safe neighborhood and way better than the competitors. The management company has made several changes in their personnel for the best. The new maintenance is great!!
