I have been living at Vista Verde for quiet some time and I have no complaints at all. My air conditioner went out about a month ago ( on a Saturday at 10:30PM) and the Maintenance Staff called back within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. If you keep your place clean you shouldn't have to worry about bugs and roaches but if you like to live dirty then will have them regardless where you live. I have brand new carpets in my Apartment so I can't talk about the carpets. Everybody has a different opinion about living arrangements but my experience so far has been great with Vista Verde.
