If you don't need a place too badly don't even think about it. The rent is reasonable and the air works fine but the carpet is just placed on the floor not tacked at the corners and moves with every step. It is somewhat like a concentration camp, no covered parking no assigned space (park where ever there is space), staff from office to maintenance not too friendly, once you are in that is it; walls are very thin, fan and light in bathroom will drive you crazy as they work from one switch once you turn the light on there is this constant noise. Also there is inadequate pantry cupboards, no place to store your food or utensils (suits a bachelor or someone who does not eat or cook at home.
Washer and dryer in unit is great, about the only good thing about this 2BR/2Bth room master apartment.
If you can do better find someplace else...maintenance requests also go unanswered.
