I have the same complaints as the other persons. At the time as you leave you have to steam clean the carpet, they charge you even if the wall have the little holes to hang pictures and in the kitchen they charge you for the scratch in the counter topps even thought if they were there before you. Also it is so true, they tell you that if they replace the carpet the rent is more.
