I just left the apartment. Although the management promised to pay my security back at the time of moving, they created some big bogus deductions(that I learned after 4 weeks later).
The new manager is very rude and can't even follow his own words. I won't even consider this apartments in your list.
They have insane fees
If you break lease they charge 3 months rent.
Pet deposit is $500 (Non-returnable)
Parking sticker $10. (Although there is no guard at the gate who will check if you have sticker)
Laundry Card $10 (Just no credit empty card)
