This is the worst place to live in Sunny Isles. Dirty place all around. The interior of the building looks like a dungeon. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not keep the premises clean, there is no landscaping, and they do not address tenants' complaints. The apartments are in bad shape. I had a constant problem with leakage from the air conditioner unit and consequently many floods. The sewage system was old and would back up and flood into my apartment which was on the ground floor. Maintenance would only vacuum the water without any antiseptic... The apartments have old fixtures and appliances. Repairs are done randomly and inefficiently because maintenance crew is unexperienced and usually cause more problems than offer solutions.
They even started an eviction lawsuit against me without merit. It was dismissed when I brought all my rent checks to the court... They did not even apologized for the distress they caused me.
All I know is that people are flocking out of that place because they are raising the rent and not offering any service or the minimum level of comfort comparable to the price of rent... Save yourself a ton of grief...
