I recently applied to the complex,and I spoke to the leasing consultant about my credit, I told her I had a copy and I wanted her to take a look at it for me before I applied. She said No problem the day of the interview she looked at it and said no problem, Long story short I was denied. based on credit. I tried to reason with them and I spoke to the property manager who was extremely rude, and sarcastic. Her name is Denise and she was no help at all. I only wanted to live there so i could be close to my mom,who lives at the hamlet next to walden. They had no sympathy. If I did have the chance to move in there I would never do it. The staff was not very freindly maybe expect for one of the girls. They really left a bad taste in my mouth. They felt I owed more in bills and I could not pay the rent every month. The rent I pay now in the Condo I rent is more then what they charge. Well, I guess they lucked out on good tenants. Apprently that seems like what they need in there after reading the other reviews.

Its called debt to income ratio. Although, you may make enough money to pay if your credit report shows your debt is higher than your income you will not get approved
