I am not going to write that is the worst place ever but I am going to tell what happened to me and then you can judge for yourself. I've been leaving at Waterford Landing less than two years and in that time they steal a bike, break into cars and they steal MY suv, the thing is that all of this happened in our building (next to the clubhouse). This is a gated community and one would think that it is safe but somehow someone manages to steal a bike, MY suv and break into cars. Someone told me that this happened 3 years ago, that they started stealing cars, etc. so, is it happening again' YES! Also, they started vandalising the complex, someone chained the gates (in and out) and cut the motor cable in order for the gate not to open. Now, I am just wondering, what is next' My apartment' Another car' I am looking to move and I will definitely NOT recommend this place.
