one particular manager "margie" was extremely awful,hard to work with, treats tenents terribly and is not much of any help. ste stairs to the second floor have sharp corners and are narrow so getting your furniture up is extremely cummbersome. and the building is built in a way that if you have rented an apartment on the back side, you have to go through a hallway about 3ft in wigth or you have to go all the way around the building to get to the back to get to your apartment.

Well, I aggree somewhat but really, they don't pick your apartment for you, I assume you were the one that went and looked at it and chose to move there.....it is kind of loud, big sliding doors do not offer sound protection or safety for that matter. I have lived everywhere in Miami and so far have yet to find a perfect rental community, I guess we always choose price and location first, then we find out about the negative points.....too bad but true. Pets should be allowed, but then again people would probably not clean after so the community would stink!
