"margie" is right on the money. if you want to pay rent twice and get 5 different numbers on exactly how much you owe them.... then move in here. they are awful with residents.
BUT..."michelle" is, the best. she seems like she's been there longer and will help you with a smile.
AND the apt layouts are awesome. especially the 2/2... as high as a mortgage is in miami, i would pay that here if it were a condo!!
if you move here... please keep copies of EVERYTHING THEY GIVE OUT and RECIEPTS of your rent check/money order..... they will leave notes fridays after the work day and make you worry alllll weekend!!!

I agree. they come up with all these crazy fees. I am absolutely furious with them. Margie just wants money money but doesnt help out at all.
