I have lived in waterford Landing for about 3 years now, and I just had to write some form of review after reading some of the reviews listed here.

First of all, it is a beautiful community at a great price.. Yes, the Kendall area is a bit expensive, but its the real estate location that sets the price, not the apartment community, I have been living in a 1 bedroom townhouse since the first day I moved here, and my price has always stayed very competitive and low, comparing to the nearby communities.

I have never had any problems living here, the leasing staff is great, and the maintenance guys are on point. I have only had two situations in which I needed to call the office for help, and both times, they were very professional and prompt on their service. One was an AC Leak, and the other was my garbage disposal. They came in when I was at work and left a note in my apartment summarizing the work they had performed.

The manager has been working here for a long time and so has the maintenance guys, that really shows me that they know their job well and have great experience in the issues that I might need help with. Plus, they always do nice things for us, like give us a Rose for valentines day, give us breakfast at the gate on certain holidays, and they even give me a nice card for my birth-days.. That is more then expected, and its really not necessary, but its little things like that, that make me love this place.

So for all those negative comments, I bet there are a 100 positive comments that dont make their way to this website. This community has over 400 apts, and the fact that only 4 negative comments have made it here, shows that they are doing a great job.
