For the past three years I've resided at Waterford Landing and have not had neatly the bad experiences I've read about. Yes Margie did give me a hard time when I paid my rent on the 20th of the month, but it wasn't her problem to start with. Maintenance is a bit slow but seems to get it right the first time. All in all not a bad time. Rent seems a bit high but is better than most of the places in the neighborhood.
