Nice place with few cons

I lived here for 2 years and loved this place.
*Pros:
Apartments are spacious and nice.
Well maintained.
For anything that goes wrong gets fixed quickly.

Cons:
There is fees for everything!!! You are late for rent and you pay 75/- bucks!
For a small club house with just 15 chairs you pay 250/-!! Not worth it!!
They can charge you for anything! If say on 1st Jan your lease gets over and you decide to go on month to month lease, but after 2 days you want to sign another lease with them, they will still charge you 100$ extra for the whole month!! Your lease will start from the subsequent month. In short they can charge you for anything!!!
No playground! :(

I agree. I lived there for a year. Let me tell you I've never had such a horrible experience as in waterford landing.They charge for everything. If you want to break your lease before time, they charge you 4 months, and every year they charge you more and more on the rent as if its not high enough. margie the manager is the worse person to deal with. My advice keep reciepts of everything. all the checks or money orders . of all the papers they give you. they will come up with any excuse to charge you.

I agree.. Margie is terrible, take it from me I used to work for her.. She will keep your deposit for any reason.. keep receipts and make sure you do a complete walk through before you sign your lease and write down anything you see in your apartment on your notes section in your tenant folder... the great service is because of the leasing agents not Management. Also make sure you read your entire lease before you sign. When you are ready to move out make sure you have a maintenance man walk through the apartment with you a few days before you are supposed to hand in your keys. If Margie finds out though she will tell them no so make sure you speak to the Ariel or Jose if they are still there. Apartments are nice though and well kept. It is just a shame that Margie is still there...
