I have lived here for almost three years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is extremely fast. The apartments are kept clean, with well manicured landscape. Quiet small community with well behaved children. Background checks help keep out trouble. Night security guard is watchful and community is gated. Location is everything. Close to turnpike,836, movie theater,universities, restaurants and shops. Price is a little high and apartments are decent size. Worth it though. Parking is tight in front.
