I lived at Waterford Point and i loved it! The management staff was always helpful and kind. Living at Waterford Point was like being at the grove without the drive time, there's everything close to there...restaurants, movie theater and great places to shop all a walking distance! forget the taxi just walk home! If i were to move back to Kendall, Waterford Point would be my number one choice!!!!!

God, that is not at all true - it is far from being nice or helpful staff. they are very helpful if nothing is broken in ur apartment. but if you ever do need then to do any thing - god help you. be prepare to be spoken rude.
