Waterford Point

 

I have lived here three years now and the only reason I am Moving now is because the price for one bedroom has skyrocketed and is just too much for the amount of space.

I wrote the review on 7/2005 and no, haha i am not management.

I am a young professional female.

I am not quite sure about the problem the tenant with the bad review had.

But I have never had any problems whatsoever other than a maintenance worker with a slight sour attitude.

It is always quiet here and after the hurricane, it did take them some time to fix the security gate.

Also, they need to fix the jacuzzi.

But the apartments themselves are very well maintained and clean.

Walls are thick so I never hear any noise.

I get home late at night and feel safe in this neighborhood.

The naked man walking around, yes it did happen but that is an isolated incidence that could have happened anywhere.

After living here three years with an average increase in rent of 15 dollars a year, they have this year increased the rent by a hundred dollars.

I think it is a little unfair for someone who has lived here this long but the management says its because of market value.

So I am forced to move.

Too bad though.

The two bedroom prices are still a great value though.

I would still recommend this place for anyone seeking a safe, clean, reliable place to live.
