everything that everyone else has said is true. anyone who called this place beautiful and safe is lying. the one bedroom apartment is insanely small, ants are everywhere, and yes the gate is always broken. the cupboards are really old and are rotting away and they refuse to replace them. they also refuse to change the 20 year old wall paper in the bathroom thats peeling off. the jacuzzi has been broken for about a year and yes the staff does suck. a maintainence guy named keith is the laziest and most mean person you've ever met. they dont ever fix anything and if they do, they do a really poor job. oh yea, there is mold in the apartments as well. i dont know if it was just our apartment but we have had a serious problem with mold and no one has addressed the problem even though we've complained at least 5 times. in the two years that my boyfriend and i have been living here, the rent has gone from $780 to $850 and now its jumping to $925. thats way too expensive for this tiny apartment so we're moving.
anyway, i wouldnt recommend this apartment to a dog...stay away.
