I AGREE, DONT RENT HERE

I HAVE BEEN HERE A FEW MONTHS. WHEN I MOVED IN I FOUND A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND A COUPLE MONTHS LATER THEY ARE NOT COMPLETE. THE GATE BREAKS ALL THE TIME. MY APT. SMELLS LIKE SOME FROM THE PEOPLE BEFORE ME I GUESS. THE A/C HAS BROKEN AND DOESNT GET FIXED. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED. THANK GOD FOR MELISSA WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE. IF IT WAS NOT FOR HER NOTHING WOULD GET DONE. THIS PLACE WITHOUT A DOUBT NNEDS NEW MANGAMENT RUNNING THIS PLACE. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING.
