I rent an apartment at waterford point and the manager name Angella does not want to give us our deposit back. It has been 3 months since we moved out but she refused to give our deposit back. Everytime we called her, she says that she's going to mail the deposit but it never happened. Also, she will not returned your call back. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone because once the y have you in that 12 months agreement; they will not fix anything or want to give your deposit back for any reason, Please people run away from apartment and the liar called angella.

Totally agree. forget Angella the whole office sucks. Getting a simple fix take anything from three to four months

that is true. angela did the same thing to me and my boyfriend when we moved. and at the end of the day we got $50 back from our deposit because they took money out to change the carpet which they change after every person moves out and plus our apartment was the size of a tuna can so i dont know how it cost $400 to re-carpet it. we were totally robbed. if u are moving...use your security deposit as last month's rent otherwise you will never get it back.

yes angela was a real theif she was sent to courts for this and is paying fines up that stuck up rude fake redheaded butt...last i heard she was going to jail for like 6 years..she was never nice ever .i know for a fact she was an alcoholic. she had some of the poor girls whi worked ir her run to get her when she was to drunk to drive... what a job requirement ehh?? well thankfully she is done there.the new management is wonderful they are very kind friendly and really honest.i still live there.the rent did go up and it is very expensive the jaccuzi rarely works its cold as the artic most of the time.. the kids pool is like piss soup but the big pool is nice. the steam room never worked in the going on 4 years of me living there.the best part of living there is location and the cuteness of the place itself. there are some seriously crazy lawn people who love to make enough noise with their blowers for hourssssssssssssssss.. forget sleep for that whoole day or even peacw of mind.i stil live there because i love the apartment itself so much i never had bugs.i hate the carpets they collect way to much dirt hopefully when i get the new lease they follow through with the steam cleaning..WHen i sayn the new management is awesome i mean it the new manager her name is tatiana she is a very nice peacful and honest person .She made me happy to renew my lease .i really like her.
