This place was great when i firsted moved in its near and close to everything, stores, the turnpike and miamidade college, they recylce which most complex don't, great storage space, ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathroom not vinyl, i hate vinyl, full washer and dryer, big bathroom with a huge mirror, but at what price! Seriously in one year my rent went up 100 dollars for only a 500 square ft apartment this is no condo and there is parking but the spots are so small you have to take two spots, the landscaping crew always blows the grass and leaves onto your car and are here all day making noise no joke they come at 8am and will be here till 5-6 pm the nosie is unbearable. management is nice and friendly, but nothing ever gets fixed till you complian at least five times, the gate is always broken, the pool is dirty once and awhile, sauna is really old, i dont think anyone uses it, the gym is really small and has old machines the raquect ball court is always being used by the same people. Everyone is moving out, there are more vacant apartments then full. also there is mold everywhere, in the walls especially. the bugs stay away as long as you spray your aparmtent every month religiously im very serious about that!!! Last but not least safety with the gate always broken people come and go whenever they want, there is a guard but they don't do much, also my car has been broken into here and my car windsheild has been broken by god knows what! The neighbors are friendly but they dont care about hitting your car with there car door or even if they back up into your car they'll drive away i see it all the time! Also there are crazy policies like you can't have a grill or bike on your patio, even if you have children you can't put any of your children toys there. There is all new management, but i barley know them thery seem nice but this will be my last here!!
