Waterford Point, not safe, bye-bye deposit

Ok, I'll start by saying that personeel is friendly at least. and when you call maintenance, they come quick, althought their work is messy and sloppy.
Now, The parking lot is not safe since it claims to be gated, but the back of the complex is not, it is shrubs and people come in and out at their leisure, even people that walk everyday to work cut the corner around the complex. Needless to say Security is bad, My car got vandalized, and a neighbours car got stolen, The management claims to not be responsible for theft or damage.
One of the parking lot lights was out for weeks at that time.
The gates are kept open everytime the motor breaks (which is very often)or before, during, and after heavy rain (duh! it's South Florida). part of the parking lot floods btw.
Security personel does not stay all night, they come around 8:30 and leave at around 3 am. which is ridiculous I believe.
and finally they keep large part of your deposit for bogus reasons.
