Don't be fooled by the nice size of the apartments. The appliances are out of date. Maintenance doesn't maintain a damn thing and management lets them get away with it. The gates are still periodcially broken so the gated community thing is null and void. The parking spaces are too small and there are not enough for all the residents and their cars. Its especially worse when compact car drivers don't park in compact spaces and people with larger cars are forced to, usually taking up more than one space. The fitness center is an out of date joke also.

Wow.. I have been a resident Waterford Point for 4yrs and these issues that your calming are not true.. The gates are always closed and working. In fact as to the parking issue I don't drive a big Car like you, but I have noticed that the compact car area is in front of the office. So maybe you should look for parking else where. If you??????re having so many issues, have you gone to the office? One thing I know for a fact is that the office staff is very helpful and concern with my needs.
