I've been living at Waterside for about a year and a half. It's quiet, the pool is always empty, and the grounds are always clean. You do have to deliver the rent by hand, and it can't be a check for the first year or so, so you will be buying a money order every month (not a big deal but mildly irritating). The new apartment manager is really nice and very efficient. The grounds are quiet and there is ALWAYS parking. The apartments inside are large and clean, with a lot of closet space. They usually get to repairs the next day, so no long wait there. Pest control is included in the rent. When the power went off for the hurricane, we got power back the next day when a lot of people were quoted two weeks. I think that's because we're on the same block as kinko's, the bank, and a bunch of other stores.

I'm within my first year of living here and I write personal checks for the rent every month. It was only the first month that a money order or cashier's check was required.
