I lived in the only studio on property which was decent for what it was. I had no real problems there other than once when my ceiling was leaking and they had to replace it, it put me out for a week and there were a couple complications, but we worked it out. Sometimes the parking could get bad and they supposedly started a new system so no abandoned cars could stay parked there. When I moved out, they were in the middle of painting the building and putting in new plants so the appearance of the complex would be more appealing. I will say, the staff is helpful most of the time and they keep the place tidy. The manager is a nice guy and he tries to keep the residents happy.
