It is a pretty ok place to live, I've been here for about a year and some months already. I have to admit that i hate the new manager, w.e happened to Josh he was the best!! Such a shame. The community is quiet, there is no saftey issues. I sometimes walk from the metrorail past dark sometimes and see people excersizing at night outside, walking around and stuff. Maintenance has never been an issue for me, thier usually good about getting things done. I recomend it for like a starter apartment, if you can afford it because their prices are a little steep. The complex is very small but parking is not an issue because they monitor it, one work of advise REGISTER YOUR CAR WITH PNS!!! LOL they will boot your car, what a pain in the ASS!!!!!!

I agree, what happened to Josh?!?! He was awesome!! This new manager must not have been trained in property management (she is clueless), or in grammar for that matter. The notes she posts on the doors are flat out hilarious!! It is pretty safe, the maintenance is great, I've never had a problem with getting something fixed. I have to disagree with you on the parking aspect. While there are a lot of spots during the day, it seems like cars from out of nowhere spring up at night. If I come home late, I always have a problem finding a spot near my apartment. Some people park in the grass. It is a good place to start in, but it is getting a little pricey. Overall, my experience has been a good one, and I've been living there for almost three years.

I also agree, I leased from Josh and he was the best. This girl is totally clueless and I have had problems with repairs in my apartment not because of the maintenance workers but because she ignores our request. The memos she posts on the doors are incomprehensible and after 2 years I will have to move to something more affordable. It's a damn shame I like my apartment.
