Waterside is not a bad complex, but is just a 'basic' complex ( a mid-rise old complex ).
The staff is OK...and the maintenance guys are Okay too.
The condo is well located ( near Dadeland North Metrorail Station and Dadeland Mall ) and also safe ( in a very safe neighborhood - Pinecrest ).
When I lived there I just had a problem in the bathroom, and the maintenance of the condo took a while to solve it...and one of my neighbors was really noisy.
The grounds and hallways weren't well kept ( somewhat dirty, sometimes ).
Kitchen appliances ( at least on my unit ) were brand new.
It's not a bad place, but I wouldn't recommend it.
