This a great apartment complex! The renovated apartments are tastefully decorated and have spacious floorplans. The neighborhood is quiet and in a nice area. Conveniently located near the Dadeland Metrorail station, only 2.5 miles from the University of Miami. Seems that most tenants are families and young professionals. Convenient trail for running/biking located nearby. The elevator is often out of order, but I usually take the stairs anyway. Overall, a wonderful place to live! I highly recommend Waterside Apartments!
