Living at Waterways Village was an absolute nightmare. Not only was my apartment lacking several key appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, A/C) on my scheduled move-in date, but they also assigned me to the wrong parking space so my car was towed. Then, they had a contractor come in to test the air in my unit. The contractor removed all my clothes from my closet to place an air testing unit inside and left my clothes in a pile on my bed. Management never told us in advance to clean out our closet so the contractor could test teh air. Also, after moving in the manager said he would deal with my lack of appliances, A/C, and parking spot later because he had a busy life with a new child. UNBELIEVABLE! You could not pay me to live there.
