Perfect example of what you see is NOT what you get!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived in this complex for over two years and for the first 6 months, it seemed ok. But then the staff turned over and there were ignorant, unhelpful people working there who ignored, and even MOCKED, tenants who had complaints or requests about their place. Even when a deranged neighbor threatened my family with physical violence, NOTHING was done. The management only cared about the money and the property clearly declined over time. It got dirtier, the neighbors got worse (wouldn't be surprised if some were criminals or just let out of prison), and the staff simply uninterested in being of service.
For the price and the location, you expect a lot more and can't believe how much less you get.
