THE COMPANY HAD A GOOD HIGHLY EXPERIENCED SERVICE MANAGER, BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER AT WATERWAYS COULD NOT STAND HAVING SOMEONE MORE COMPETENT THAN HER SO SHE CONSPIRED WITH 2208 TO HAVE HIM FIRED. SO NOW YOU MUST DEAL WITH A SERVICE MANAGER THAT DOESNT HAVE EXPERIENCE AND DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH EITHER. COMBINED WITH A YOUNG HARDHEADED MANAGER AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GET
