WAterways Village is a dump. THe manager is horrible and the maintenance is non-existant. All of the maintenance men are revent cuban transplants who do not speak a word of English. Now there are construction companies housing Mexican and Central AMerican construction workers there and it looks as if the place is littered with criminals now. Dumpsters are always overflowing, cars parked all the time in fire lanes. This is not a safe place to live and AIMCO needs to completely fix the place up and put into place compitent management with a mantenance crew that is at least bilingual.
