That last review was obviously posted by someone who works for AIMCO or Waterways Village.

Waterways Village is the perfect example of not getting what you pay for. The quality of management is horrendous and the standing manager is a prejudice, compulsive liar. The new maintenance crew is the worst they've had period. They are lazy and they hide in the head maintenance mans apartment half of the day. Apartments are falling apart and in the last month or so, leaks have begun to spring up everywhere. There is not even close to enough dumpster space in this community and they regularly overflow. The parking situation is horrendous and residents are routinely forced to park in fire lanes. There have already been countless situations where fire fighters could not get in because of this. Grass is dead throughout the complex and maintenance requests take over a month. Garbage cans overflow everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Replacing the manager with someone fair and competent would be a start. We as well as many other residents are not happy and will not be renewing our lease.
