I have been living at Westview Terrace for just
about 5 years and the service has been good until now. I currently have a problem with these guys right now my air condition is not working it has been almost 2 weeks now. I can't
get anyone from the maintenance to even come and look at the problem. I call the leasing
office I always get the runaround they say that
they would send someone to fix it they never
show up. I am upset from this and to this point
I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent an apartment from these people. I will be moving out soon

I used to live at Westview Terrace on 12501 NW 27th Ave. Since I moved out last September 02, 2007, I have not received my deposit yet. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent an apartment from these people because they do not know how to manage anything.
