HERE IS THE TRUTH LADIES AND GENTLEMEN YOU GUEST IT RIGHT THIS BUILDING EITHER IS CURSED OR SUBBOTAGED BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHO HAS TOTAL CONTROL OF AND NO ONE IS CAPABLE OR WONT RAISE ANY QUESTIONS TO THE MANAGEMENT WHO IS RUNNING IT TO THE GROUND/HELP US ALL GOD I PRAY THAT WONT HAPPEN IT WOULD BE A MIRICAL TO BAIL THIS BUILDING OUT OF ITS MISERY. ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME FOLKS WHO LIKE TO TALK FROM THEIR SIDE OF THEIR MOUTH,WHO HAVE IMPORTANT INTEREST IN THIS BUILDING WHO MAKES A LIVING SELLING APTS WHO HAVE FRIENDS, WHO STILL LIVE THERE, THAT THEY ARE NOT READY TO LOOSE MONEY THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SAY THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IN THIS BUILDING. WELL U COULDNT FULL ME MY FRIEND. THE FACT IS A FACT, AND UNFORTUNATELY THE TRUTH HURTS

The only problem with this building at the moment is that the balconies are in need of repair. This is a commom problem with every building in south Florida and does not indicate that management has neglected the building or their duties. In fact, they are currently interviewing engineers to do an assessment of the condition of the balconies and then will let a contract to have them repaired. Yes it will take several years of noise, construction dust, parking problems, etc., but, again, this is a common event in south Florida. Reviewer should go to the office and get briefed on whats happening as she apparently doesn't attend Board meetings where these things are discused in detail.

The original comment from "miriamc" (above) is ridiculous, not to mention illiterate. And from the dates shown, this is not from someone who has been in the building very long. We have lived in this building for many years, and love it. Obviously, an older building requires maintenance & upgrading periodically. As far as we've seen, the current Condo Board has appropriate plans underway for balcony repairs. (Yes, it's messy; but we've been through this before - in this climate every building has to go through this every 15 years or so.) Meanwhile, WT100 has beautiful apts. with large rooms & fantastic views in an excellent location. We love our apt.--and I'm not a broker selling apts. or a member of the Board or anyone else with a hidden agenda, just a happy unit owner in this building.
