No surveillance cameras except for 1 next to the dumpster inside the garage, cars have been stolen, garage area is always filthy. Doors are left open on garage levels, gate to garage broken most of the time. Swimming pool not always heated must call to find out before, glass on the floor around the swimming pool area. No access to business center due to stolen computer. Housekeeping' never visited my floor. Trash shute never been cleaned. Constant problem with access cards. Dog ---- rarely picked up by owners. handicap ramps never washed not even when dog ---- is present. Irrigation system set on the wrong hours, always during the day. not enough maintenance personnel, rude valet & consierge during night shifts. Noisy & rude residents. In general not what you expected after the move in. but I guess it works for dog owners since there is not much of a choice.
