At first look it appears like luxury building with breathtaking views and great amenities but when you look closely you will realize that ALL construction materials used are the cheapest on the market. The wood decor in the lobby and elevators, carpet in the hallways, etc. The elevators are scratched and often vandalized, the furniture at the swimming pool is the same for the past ten years and most of it is broken but sometimes replaced by mismatching used furniture from other buildings. Apartments have the cheapest stoves, refrigerators, kitchen counters, tiles, door handles, etc. According to management, the carpet in apartments is only replaced once every five years. In the evening when apartments are no longer shown to prospective tenants, the hallways and elevators are not cleaned for dog s pee and ---- for over 16 hour period, carpet in service elevator always smells disgusting! More than half of gym equipment is broken and out of service , all equipment in business center is broken for the past five years. Saunas are dirty and now takes over an hour to warm up, instead in 5 min a few years ago. DO NOT expect any service at the front desk, the stuff receive minimum wage allowed by the State of Florida and tenants are treated according to the pay they receive. Apartments are way overpriced, we just moved to much better apartment in much better building on Brickell for less money!
