Well to start the building is nice on the exterior. The apartments aren't that great when you see the other apartments in brickell and downtown.

What really makes this place a nightmare is the people that run this place. I'm talking everyone from the general manager down to the cleaning staff.

In the one year I lived at the yacht club..

- I had TWO expensive packages lost by the front desk. The general manager refused to reimburse me despite having a tracking number indicating the package was received by the front desk.

- My dry cleaning was lost by the same idiots that lost my packages and of course no reimbursement.

- My car was broken into not once, BUT TWICE!! The funny part about this is that the manager hired a security guard to patrol the parking deck long before my first break in and theft and vandalism continue to run rampant. What's even worse, five other vehicles were broken into on the same night of my second break in. Keep in mind this parking deck is very small (only 4 levels) so it's pretty obvious this guy is sleeping on the job and no one is doing anything about it.

- I was over charged 4 months in a row for my water bill and the water company explained to me the yacht club had to fix my water meter. The charges were about 15 to 25 times the normal rate. When I explained this problem to the yacht club, the problem went unfixed for two months till they sent someone to fix the meter. Not surprisingly, the meter was never fixed and they continued to over charge me. They refused to reimburse me and multiple calls to the general manager and the assistant manager either go unreturned or they simply tell me they will get back to me on it.
