terrible maintenance maintenance is the worst of all the issues here. everything breaks & nothing gets fix. by the time you leave pinebrooks you will be certified to pretty much fix anything, by experience. you will be fixing your own air, appliances, and toilet . . . mail gets wet.

Wonderful! Wonderful Place to live. Helpful 24/7. Staff on premises. Well maintained building landscape, and pool! They really aim to please! The are always adding new hi tech items to the the apartments. (Wifi, Direct tv).

ludlam point I lived here about a year ago and i would definately recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental community. THe apartment floor plans are nicely sized and w/d in the units is a plus! i was very happy to live here while i was attending school! the location is great too!

I was a prospective tenant. This place seems nice, quiet, and clean ... however, they refuse to answer any questions regarding safety ... and for good reason. I suggest you check the city police dept. and get a crime report on the property before signing anything.
